Jim's Bio

Jim has been helping people plan for “sound” financial futures since 1991. His professional objective is to assist clients in identifying and attaining their financial goals through conscientious planning and diversified investing.

He specializes in retirement planning and is a Series 6 Registered Representative of Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc., with an Investment Advisor Representative designation. His association with Shelgren Financial Group and Lincoln Investment Planning®, Inc. allows him to choose the most appropriate investment for his clients.

Over the years Jim has gained recognition for his extensive knowledge and expertise in a variety of fields such as tax sheltered annuities, mutual funds investments and the Washington State Retirement System for classified and certified employees. Jim, his wife Tawny, and their five daughters currently reside in Bremerton.
