Eric's Bio

Eric, a native Montanan, graduated from the University of Montana, in Missoula in 1998. He played on the defensive line for the Montana Grizzlies for four seasons including their '95 national championship. Prior to working for Shelgren Financial, he worked in the technology industry for Zones, Inc. Eric also helps manage he and his wife's early childhood music education business, Musically Minded, Inc..

Eric is an investment advisor representative and a general securities representative of Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, as well as life and disability insurance licenses. Eric specializes in wealth accumulation and preservation for individuals and families, with emphasis on asset management and retirement strategies. His primary focus is to help his clients prepare for a satisfying retirement. Eric believes that the will to win is nothing without the will to prepare".

In his spare time, Eric enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and spending time with his family. Eric and his wife, Jocelyn, live in Maple Valley, Washington with their two daughters, Maciella and Natia. The family looks forward to spending time each summer at their family cabin in West Glacier, Montana.
