Charlie Stromberg, MBA, MCP, PhD. At the Mountain Stream Financial Planning office on Whidbey Island he serves the retirement financial planning, annuity, and life & health insurance needs of individuals and small businesses. Diversity of experience and a broad understanding of how the international economic, business, financial, and political systems interact and work is Charlie’s strength. BUSINESS: 20 years in accounting and financial management at Procter & Gamble Headquarters. PILOT: US Air Force. CITY Planning & Development Director: linking business, government & non-profit organizations. TEACHING. Graduate schools at six universities. CONSULTING with small businesses on a 30 day trip to Russia. Charlie received his life insurance and mutual fund licenses in 1991 and Investment Advisor Rep. license in 2005.
